Pickles Booking Cancellation Policy

At Pickles, we have a no-show and cancellation policy to ensure we’re here when you need us most. To support this, we’re introducing a 3-strike policy.

No Show: If you miss an appointment without notice, a strike will be added to your account.

Cancellation: We require notice of any changes or cancellations by 6pm the day before your scheduled appointment. Changes or cancellations after this time will result in a strike being added to your account.

After three strikes, a £50 fee will apply, which must be paid before booking your next appointment. Strikes are removed from accounts after one year.

We understand that unexpected events happen, but repeated no-shows and late cancellations impact our ability to provide timely care. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
